Management Development Candidates (MDC) Program

Titan America's MDC program is an 18-month, structured training program open to business graduates seeking an opportunity to learn the operational, sales and financial aspects of the Titan America Ready-Mix business. As an MDC, candidates are exposed to five functional areas.

These areas include:

• Quality Control

• Operations

• Dispatch

• Administration

• Sales

The program requires each MDC to be mentored by skilled professionals who guide the learning experience. As the program nears completion, each candidate is given the opportunity to steer his/her career into a mutually beneficial area by being placed in a suitable position given current openings.
